2017 Barbie shoe packs

I saw these and grabbed them up.  I don't think Mattel has packaged shoes this way since the Fashion Avenue days.  I don't have any complaints, aside from not wanting another pair of those fringed sandals.  I understand there is another assortment of non-shoe accessories, but I've only seen these ones.

I just got home from buying that top shoe pack myself. I know what you mean about the fringed sandals, but at least my curvy Barbie will have other pairs of shoes to wear now. For myself, I'm not too thrilled with the neon sneakers.

I could have gone without the neon sneakers as well. They just aren't realistic in any way.

I agree about the pink sneakers ... maybe they could be painted?

The textured black shoes and the two black boots look versatile.

Curvy and tall Barbie both have same type of feet - significantly larger than typical high-heel Barbie, and the foot curvature is understated so that most high heels create the wrong leg angle when standing. Also most flats won't fit because there needs to be a bit of heel lift for the foot curvature. The main problem is width and length of the foot on curvy or tall Barbie, making it extremely difficult to find shoes that actually fit these dolls unless you get a tall or curvy fashion pack with shoes included. Most of the high heels made for the articulated Fashionista Barbie won't fit unless they are very roomy (some are) and the foot area is open enough to allow for different style feet with different fixed ankle/foot angles. Very frustrating!
