Disney Sparkling Princess Dolls with Royal Horses

Sparkling Princesses with Royal Horses

Belle amuses me, since they re-made the Beast's prince fashion into her dress. Jasmine and Pocahontas were nowhere to be found. They must not have sparkled enough for the Sparkling Princess line.

Disney Sparkling Princess Dolls

If I collected Disney dolls, I might go crazy. Look at this.

And here are the dollies who go inside. Go Go Gadget Cellphone-Camera-That-Can't-Focus!

More Shopping Disappointment

I hope this means the new dolls are on their way. Reba showed up at Wal-Mart.

The dress is made of three different fabric types. The sleeves and top of the bodice are a net, and the ruffle is velveteen. It's nicer than the official photo makes it look.

Dawn of the Dance Clawdeen. Talk about hair gel.

Fashionistas Swappin' Styles pet dolls Cutie and Glam

Bratz All Glammed Up

These were new. I'm becoming a big Bratz admirer, especially now that good Barbie stuff is so hard to find.

All Glammed Up Yasmin. I love this kind of fake fur look.

Window Shopping... as always!

I found the fashion Queen repro at Big Lots. I have two nice originals, so I wasn't looking for this. It's actually the best repro ever. The head is either based on the Silkstone head, or made from scratch. I will buy multiples after they are marked down some more.

I'm pretty critical of the repros, but this doll is nice. They should all look this good.

From Wal-Mart, here's the semi-articulated 2011 Bride Barbie.

She has a single articulated wrist. Just one!

New Barbie Fairies

A pony flocked with glitter. The glitter just stops around its eyes, as if it wore those little goggles they give you at the tanning salon.

I like all three fairies, but not for $10 each.

Sharpay Reroot

I've already bragged everywhere else. Here is a HSM3 Sharpay, rerooted in nylon hair from Dollyhair.com, in the colors Chocolate Fudge and Chocolate Pudding. She also get upgraded to a Barbie body.

It's amazing how much a reroot can change. Here's the original doll.

a sad state of affairs

This is what's left of the Barbie Collector selection at my local Wal-Mart.

A big six slots, and half of them are for those vintage TV show dolls! Bratz took over, and Barbie Collector lost out. Maybe it's a merciful release from temptation, but I'm addicted.
