The rest of my Stardoll loot

I'm not so sure about the doll, her hair needs restyling, maybe my feelings will change after that. She looks nice with lighter lips. I'm not particularly impressed by the raw edges on the jacket or purple dress, but I can't be very picky these days. We won't see more styles like these any time soon.

Stardolls

I bought these when they were originally released, but only photographed them recently because I want to dig out the gift cards before they expire.  I wish this line had continued.  Some deluxe style Fashionistas will be released soon, but it's all pink and the same oversize Gen Girl they've used to death since 2009.

The girl with red hair has a jacket with a proper lapel, I miss these on playline and collector dolls.  She has great colors, great style.  I didn't intend to keep the doll, but she grew on me.

The Paris girl has the look of an everyday girl.  I searched and searched for one without scuffs in the painted eyelashes.  When I found one, I was so pleased.

An outfit pack.  I bought it mainly for the shoes, don't really care for the crop top or dress too much.

AA Stardoll "Pretty n' Love Style 2"

I'm so glad to finally have this girl. I've been hunting for a good one since their release last December. There's a scratch in her right eyebrow, but I can tolerate it more than the other myriad types of defects I've seen.  Despite what Mattel seems to think, people really do care about messy face paint.  In my area, collectors quickly pick over new stock, and leave behind the messiest dolls.  Target had $7.50 Stardolls last week, but I passed, because the eyes were all horribly distorted.

I've got a Fashionista body saved for this girl, but I can't remember where I packed it away.

Blonde Stardoll "Pretty n' Love"

While I would much rather pick Stardolls out in person, I grabbed her at a Barbie Collector sale because I'm not keeping this doll, just her great outfit. Surprisingly, her eyes are perfect, and perfectly centered. That's how luck goes.

It's great to see a well made fashion on a playline Barbie. I hope these sell well enough that they don't get canceled.

Fallen Angel Stardoll

The price is high, but I think it's worth it if you can choose the best one in person. I also got the AA girl, but had to return her after realizing her head vinyl was full of small irregular wrinkle-like indentations. Mattel, get it together.

It seems that everybody likes this one best. She has nice proportions, a nice color palette, and color combos Mattel usually avoids.

I'll pop her out of the box once I find a body donor.
