Bratz Neon Runway Cloe
I can't completely understand why I was willing to spend almost $20 on this doll, but I did. She reminds me a bit of the tacky 80s and 90s dols I had as a kid, but not in a bad way.

I found NR Yasmin w/the platinum hair on clearance a couple of months ago. Love her wish I could've found another NR doll I liked
Sorry to hear that you had the same problem locating a pleasing doll. I was lucky to be traveling when these first hit stores, so I went through every store I could.
