Princess Bride Barbie's groom Ken

I don't even know what to call this guy, neither the Barbie or the Ken had a name on the box.  The Barbie had a light up LED ring.  I thought he had an especially nice face when I bought him, and he became my one big headed Ken.  After months of sitting on the shelf, I realized that I don't need a big headed Ken and sold him.

The original price on this doll was $13.50 or so.  I have no idea why he cost so much, the fashion is made of the cheapest polyester, the lapel is an unhemmed raw strip of fabric.  I don't think the doll body has any more articulation than a vintage Ken.
