quality in the strangest places
While sorting through junk I need to get rid of, I was surprised to see this on a High School Musical fashion.

They don't even serge the "collectible" fashions anymore, how this thing got it is a mystery.

The HSM dolls probably had a good following so maybe Mattel went a little extra with some of their fashions?
